Near Mansfield and Eildon the small town of Jamieson and the nearby
town of Kevington are picturesque during autumn and quite beautiful any
time of year. Best time to visit is first & second weeks of May when the
leaves are at their best.
The road from Mansfield forks at Jamieson with one road continuing to
Kevington and Woods Point; if you continue this road it takes you to either
Marysville or Warbuton. The other road turns off to Licola and on to
Gippsland at Rosedale or Sale. Both roads are very scenic.
There are lots of walking and 4wd tracks in the Jamieson/Kevington
area and plenty of camping spots.
