Larks Quarry is a time flash captured about 90 millions of years ago. The building was built to prevent further damage, with
walls insulating the interior from the worst extremes of the climate and skylights filtering out ultraviolet rays to prevent
fading.
The tracks reveal a herd of two species of dinosaur, plant eaters and smaller carnivores. These were trapped at the lake edge
by the giant predator. In panic some ran back over the dinner plate-size footprints. The giant chased one or more as can be
seen by the increasing pace of its footprints. The depth of the giant's footprints indicate it was turning as it chased. For more
information google larks quarry. The story may have inspired the chase scene in Jurassic Park.
